Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of GSD Reel, a video recording and sharing service operated by GSD Associates LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Your account

You sign in with a link sent to your email. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your email secure.

2. Subscriptions, trials and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. New accounts get a 14-day free trial; a payment method is required, and you will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. You can cancel anytime from Billing & invoices; access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

3. Your content

You own the videos you record and share. You grant us a limited license to store, process and stream them solely to provide the service. Anyone with a share link can watch that video; delete it to revoke access. You are responsible for having the rights and any consents needed for what you record and share.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use GSD Reel to share unlawful, infringing, harassing or deceptive content, to send spam, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep GSD Reel available but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Keep your own copies of important recordings. We may update features and these terms; material changes will be emailed to you.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Termination

You may stop using GSD Reel and cancel anytime. When your subscription ends, we may delete your shared videos after 30 days.
